1 What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs, but accept lower quantity for your trail order.
2 Can I get the sample ?
Sure, we can send your 2-3 pcs each item for free if the sample is available.But if you need the sample with your own logo or your own design, please pay the sample fee to us.
3 How long is the sample lead time?
We can send the sample within 2days, if you need the sample with your own logo or your own design, the sample time is 5-7days.
4 How long is the mass production lead time?
Normally the production time is about 30 days after received your deposits, but sometime is 20 days is Ok, If we have have the stocks, we can ship the goods within 3days once you confirmed the order. If you need glass with your logo or your logo or your own design, the time will be 20 days if we have the clear glass stocks.
5 How many logo or glass colors can produce it?
We will match colors with Pantone Machining System, so you can tell us your pantone color code you need.
6 What kinds of certificate would you have ?
FDA, Dish Water Testing, LFGB, CE, CIO etc
7 What is your payment terms ?
Our payment term is T/T, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping.But if you want to other payment terms, just like Paypal, L/C at sight, Western Union is also acceptable.
8 What is your business terms ?
EXW, FOB, CFR,CIF, DDU etc.
9 What is your delivery port ?
Our factory is located in Shanghai and Suzhou, so we send to Shanghai port within 3hours once the goods all finsihed.
10 Do you inspect the goods before delivery?
Sure, we will send the inspection report and the mass production picture to you. Sometime we will contact with you and let you see the finished production on line. Or if you have your own inspection members , we welcome they inspect.

11 How do you handle with the glass bubble and glass mould mark ?
If you choose hand blow glass, it will have some a little bubbles on the outside.But we will be according to your sample you confirmed to make the glass.
If you choose the machine made glass, it also will have a little mould mark.For bubble and mark,we will try our best to avoid, we only according the
sample we confirmed to produce the mass production, and make the common inspection standard.
